The lifeblood door's bindings come with their numbers: the bound nail stays at 13, the shell at 4 masks, soul at 33, and charms are disabled. You can play a pantheon in the simulator, hit by hit.
The first four, 1% each, plus the Godtuner. The fifth, the Pantheon of Hallownest, adds nothing.
